2 lbs ground beef, drained
1 small onion, chopped
3 cans of vegetable beef soup
2 cans tomato soup
2 cans kidney beans, drained
16 oz salsa, as hot as you like OR 2 cans of rotel tomatoes
1-2 TBS taco seasoning
1 qt stewed tomatoes, halfed or diced
1 qt water
1 tsp chili powder
salt & pepper
garlic salt
You can also add: carrots, corn, etc. Be creative!
Put everything in large pot and heat to boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 10-15 minutes.
Cool in fridge before freezing. Can be put into gallon sized freezer bags or qt sized tupperware. Freeze up to 6 months. To re warm, dump in pot and heat on med-low till boils.
Garnish soup with cheese, sour cream, tortilla chips, olives, etc.
